EFFOST Conference 11-13 November 2009, Budapest (Hungary)
International conference on interdisciplinary updates on food preservation focussing on issues of processing, safety and sustainability.
Starting from 11th until 13th November 2009 is programmed the EFFoST International Conference on "New challenges in food preservations".
The event is organized by IUFOST,KEKI, METE, FISEC and EHEDG, and during the three days will be presented and discussed arguments and relations of many speakers from around the world.
There will be a focusing on three main areas like food processing, food safety and sustainability, discussing emerging food technologies, improving traditional ones, facing problems with new pathogens, challenges in risk evaluations, arriving to hygienic design and processing and water safety and security.
The event needs a registration fee.
