Food technologists and challenges of food system complexity. Workshop at CIBUS International Food Exhibition in Parma.

To celebrate their first ten years of their professional organization, italian food technologists will hold a conference named
"FOOD TECHNOLOGISTS AND CHALLENGES TO FOOD SYSTEM COMPLEXITY: ECONOMIC, ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL SUSTAINABILITY".
The event is programmed at CIBUS in Parma, on next 13th May at 10 p.m., and will be the right place where will confront, will discuss and interpret the actual and increasing needs of food sector through the experiences and competences of food technologist covering raw material production processes, the controls on food production processes, the retail and logistic system, the public catering in a key role and with acting by law with a unique multidiscipline professional skills.
